Jason Smith
President
Jason is a graduate of Madison College with a degree in Business Mid Management. He has worked for Compensation Systems, Inc. for over 25 years and is a broker with Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company. Jason has been involved in the plan set-up, design, and administration for all of our clients since joining the staff. His primary focus with the business is sales and service of retirement savings plans.
He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Monroe, WI, and have two children, Joshua and Jenna.
Renee' Hufford
Office Manager, Senior Administrator
Renee' also has over 40 years of retirement plan administration experience and is also a graduate of Mass Mutual's Pension Trust Design and Administration Schools. Renee' manages implementation and ongoing administration of our defined contribution plans, including all aspects of ERISA and Internal Revenue Code compliance. She has been instrumental in improving the administration of our clients' plans by streamlining procedures and reporting.
She and her husband Alan live in Durand, IL, and have two adult children, Lindsay and Jennifer and a granddaughter, Thea.
David Smith
Founder and Principal
David has owned and operated Compensation systems, Inc. since 1983 and is a career agent with Mass Mutual Life Insurance Company. Dave Has over 30 years of experience in retirement plan design, administration, and funding. Dave is a graduate of Mass Mutual's Pension Trust Design and Administration Schools.
He and his wife Patra live in Monroe, WI, and have been married for over 50 years. They have two sons and their greatest joy in life is spending time with their five grandchildren.
Chandra Hayes
Administrator and Processor
Chandra has worked for Compensation Systems, Inc. for over 20 years. Chandra has many responsibilities in our office including the day-to-day administration of our clients' retirement plans. She is directly involved with all aspects of participant record keeping, distribution and loan processing, and compliance testing. Chandra came to our office in 1996 with extensive experience in client service and an excellent background in computer systems.
She and her husband Tim live in Monroe, WI, with their two children, Jonathan and Katherine.
